BUS TO THE OVERNIGHT WORKSHOP
(Angelos, Collins, Kuratli, and Namanu sites)

Bus service available from area high schools for the overnight workshop on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Buses will return to area high schools on Sunday, March 9, between 2:30 and 3:00 pm.

Angelos, Collins, Kuratli, Namanu 2025 Spring

Student Leader buses typically pick up Student Leaders from area high schools, and bring them to the MESD Ainsworth building. From there, Student Leaders can board the bus destined for their Outdoor School or 4th Grade Overnight site. At the end of each week, the process happens in reverse—buses from all sites convene on the MESD, and then Student Leaders board the bus to their high school.

Westwind 2025 Spring Bus Schedule

There are no buses that pick up from area high schools for Student Leaders assigned to the Westwind Outdoor School site. Please arrange to be dropped off at the MESD (back door) on the Sunday of your week at 10:00 am. Do not drive all the way to Westwind! There is nowhere to park.

Westwind Student Leaders may take the RETURN bus home to any high school on the list above on Friday afternoon.

Taking the bus TO the MESD on the FIRST day of your week (except Westwind)

Each bus goes to more than one school on its way to the MESD, in the order shown to the right—check your site's bus schedule above for specific departure times. You may take any bus that is convenient for you, or you may be dropped off directly at the MESD at 11:30 am (check your site's schedule for exceptions to this time). MESD pick-up and drop-off happens at the back side of the building.

Route 1 — West Linn, Wells, Lincoln
Route 2 — Cleveland, Franklin, David Douglas, Parkrose
Route 3 — Roosevelt, Jefferson, Grant, McDaniel
Route 4 — Reynolds, Barlow, Gresham, Centennial

Taking the bus FROM the MESD on the LAST day of your week

Each bus follows the reverse of the route used at the beginning of the week. Buses will arrive at the MESD at approximately 3:30 pm, and will arrive at area schools for between 4:30 and 5:30 pm. Schools at the beginning of the route will be closer to 4:30, and schools at the end of the route will be closer to 5:30. You may take any bus that is convenient for you, or you may be picked up directly from the MESD at 3:30 (check your site's schedule for exceptions to these times).
