North Cascades Institute is seeking a skilled youth educator and logistics manager to join our team as the Youth Leadership Coordinator. The Youth Leadership Coordinator will work to recruit a teens for our Youth Leadership Adventures program, plan trip itineraries, and manage trip logistics as well as mentor our staff, graduate students and interns throughout the summer season. This is a regular, full-time position located at our Environmental Learning Center in North Cascades National Park with a compensation package including medical/dental insurance and more. The position is 8 months with a 4 month furlough, which can be aligned with a seasonal position with our Mountain School program.
