Former ODS student leader (and scholarship winner) and NWRESD outdoor school staff here! It's thrilling to be writing to you with this opportunity because it was my time as a student leader in high school that paved the way to the role I'm currently in. I am the Director of Programs for the Field Academy, which runs summer expeditions for high school students, exploring a topic that is deeply relevant in a particular region but ripples across the country.
Anyway, we would LOVE to have some current Outdoor School staff apply to be on our summer faculty team. Here's the link to more info.

Do you know potential staff who would love working and traveling with curious, compassionate students that speak to the diversity of the US? Folks with trip-leading experience, a love of the outdoors, passion about food justice or the Upper Midwest, excitement about the potential of young people, a critical power analysis, sound decision-making skills, profoundly silly natures, and commitment to life-long learning would all be great. Not all of these things in one person of course; that would be a super hero. We want our staff team to speak to the diversity of the student body, so people of many backgrounds and identities are encouraged to apply. You can direct interested and qualified folks to our application materials.
