A Week in the Life of a Field Instructor at Eagle Fern Outdoor School
EVALUATIONS
Each week, you will be evaluating the student leaders on your field study in the areas of Instruction, Personal Management, and Teamwork.  Take notes and observations throughout the week to make this process easier.  Student leader performance will be assessed using an evaluation rubric. The written evaluation may be neatly handwritten on the standard triplicate form, or may be typed and printed using the templates in the ODS Curriculum Drive.
